This retreat has been my personal practice to realign my self in real time with how I want to feel. We are always evolving and changing. Our needs, desires and dreams evolve as well. It’s so easy to get stuck in the habits that worked last month or last year while we change. We get in trouble when we cling to our old selves too much and fear evolving into the lovely beings that we are. I put together Simplify to help you gain comfort and safety with where you are in your life right now and to add clarity and real lasting practices that point you exactly where you would like to head. Change is a direction we move into, not an end point we are stuck with. The more you allow yourself to be in the flow with yourself with compassion and self care, the more the real you emerges.

We begin with a mental reset, move into alignment through yoga to gain clarity, rework your relationship with your body, reflect on your personal environment, build a sustainable routine that leads to progress, and celebrate your dedication with a joyful practice.
Next we dive into simplifying your kitchen, aligning your home with how you want to feel, and setting up financial wellbeing practices. This is about getting honest with yourself, your needs, desires and goals through practice and reflection on and off the mat. I’m thrilled for you to dive in and enjoy the power of simplifying.

Personally I’ve been making a shift heavily toward simplifying in the last few years, and the benefits have been mind blowing. I feel satisfied with myself as I work toward progress. I feel more connected to myself and those around me, and have clarity in the choices in my life, big and small.
