Your Instructor
is the Founder and President of Smart Health Wellness and Performance, a company dedicated to teaching individuals practical, scientifically supported techniques and strategies they can use to reduce their stress, perform at their peak, and live healthier, happier lives. For over 20 years Tom has been an educator, trainer, writer and coach. Tom has been trained to teach Mindfulness and other health and wellness practices through the Harvard Medical School and the Benson-Henry Institute’s Stress Management and Resiliency Training program. He is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and a regular contributor to the Thrive Global Journal.
