Description
This is an energy clearing session that will help you make space in your life to heal. Chakras are energy centers within your body. Each Chakra – Crown (Spirituality), Third Eye (Awareness), Throat (Throat), Heart (Love/Healing), Solar Plexus (Wisdom/Power), Sacral (Sexuality/Creativity) and Root (Basic Trust) – pertains to the flow of energy in a specific section of your body, as well as the spiritual center it represents. If any one of them is blocked, it can manifest as dis-ease on a physical, emotional or spiritual level.
The Chakra Clearing and Tune Up III Workshop uses powerful ancient sacred geometry to clean out and tune up your chakras. You’ll clear stuck energy and trade unhealthy behavior for optimal health and peace of mind! Use the workshop to clear and tune up your energy every six months.
If you’ve never experienced a chakra clearing, it is recommended that you first take the Chakra Clearing Levels I and II Workshops for even more transformative results, however they are not a prerequisite. Here, Peter Schenk will take you through the 7 energy centers of the body, clearing and tuning each one for optimal flow! Once energy is moving properly through your chakras, abundance will flow through you effortlessly and often!

More information about Self Help:
Self-help or self-improvement is a self-guided improvement—economically, intellectually, or emotionally—often with a substantial psychological basis.
Many different self-help group programs exist, each with its own focus, techniques, associated beliefs, proponents and in some cases, leaders.
Concepts and terms originating in self-help culture and Twelve-Step culture, such as recovery, dysfunctional families, and codependency have become firmly integrated in mainstream language.
Self-help often utilizes publicly available information or support groups, on the Internet as well as in person, where people in similar situations join together.
From early examples in self-driven legal practice and home-spun advice, the connotations of the word have spread and often apply particularly to education, business,
psychology and psychotherapy, commonly distributed through the popular genre of self-help books.
According to the APA Dictionary of Psychology, potential benefits of self-help groups that professionals may not be able to provide include friendship,
emotional support, experiential knowledge, identity, meaningful roles, and a sense of belonging.
