The goal of this CD is to get you to a place where you are feeling and hearing all of the 7 chakras simultaneously. This is the ideal state. When you are present with all 7 chakras at the same time you often start to notice the kundalini energy flowing through the chakras.

So that all of the 7 frequencies are as harmonious as possible, and so that the 7 frequencies cover the full range of chakra frequencies — the 7 notes are 7 octaves of the same note (C). We play the note of each chakra long enough for you to bring that sound into the particular chakra — then add each of the other chakras one by one until you have 7 humming inside.

Having all 7 chakras humming simultaneously is a profound experience. Therefore, this CD is a wonderful to use as a daily meditation.
