THE POWER OF A MASTER GUIDE
For over 30 years, Shiva Rea has been a committed student and highly respected teacher of yoga, creating her own Samudra Global School for Living Yoga that integrates principles from tantra, Ayurveda and dance into the practice of yoga. She’s trained thousands of yoga teachers and students worldwide.
She’s known for her playful and dynamic embodiment as well as her spiritual depth. She doesn’t just teach yoga: she lives it in every domain, from her solar-powered house and car to her commitment to global philanthropic service to her use of sacred movement to free us from old habits.
Shiva has deep grounding in the ancient lineages of yoga and integrates extensive study of dance from Africa, Bali, Haiti, India and other parts of the world. Bringing in a panoply of dance traditions gives her unique insight into opening to the most natural movement and flow as a daily practice beyond the mat.
When you put Shiva’s foundational principles of Living Vinyasa into practice, you’ll discover hidden reserves of energy, savor satisfying periods of rest and open to a real sense of oneness with the world.
She’ll help you tend all the fires within, with a special focus on the Heart Fire, which acts as the great integrator and centering point for all of the life-energy at the core of your being.
She will also show you how to use harmonizing daily practices to enhance your natural energy, enliven your relationships and empower your worldly work and service. Of special note is that she will show you how to teach some of these simple practices to others, so you can bring in yogic practice into whatever field of service you are already engaged in.

Health and Medical course
More information about Medical:
Medicine is the science and practice of establishing the diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Medicine encompasses a variety of health care practices evolved to maintain and restore health by the prevention and treatment of illness.
Contemporary medicine applies biomedical sciences, biomedical research, genetics, and medical technology to diagnose, treat, and prevent injury and disease,
typically through pharmaceuticals or surgery, but also through therapies as diverse as psychotherapy, external splints and traction, medical devices, biologics, and ionizing radiation, amongst others.
Medicine has been around for thousands of years, during most of which it was an art (an area of skill and knowledge) frequently having connections to the religious and
philosophical beliefs of local culture. For example, a medicine man would apply herbs and say prayers for healing, or an ancient philosopher and physician would apply bloodletting according to the theories of humorism.
In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most medicine has become a combination of art and science (bth basic and applied, under the umbrella of medical science).
While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
