About the author: Adam Eason is a British hypnotist who is quite prolific in producing hypnotic recordings. His products are usually a combination of regular tracks and some hypnotic inductions. The hypnotic inductions are usually 15-25 minutes. While nothing revolutionary, Adam Eason makes nice recordings that utilize a variety of hypnotic techniques. The non-hypnotic portions are his reflections and musings on hypnosis and different aspects of self improvement. I find them quite good also. Most of his products are already available here, more to come .

About the product: – Three regular (non-hypnotic) tracks where the author discusses different aspects of creativity. Quite entertaining. About 2 hours.

– One pdf workbook. Most exercises are straight from NLP practitioner material: Well Formed Outcomes, Submodalities, Eye accessing cues, The Disney Creativity Strategy, Perceptual Positions.

If you are new to NLP, it is a good intro to some highly effective techniques. If you are an NLP practitioner/trainer, this is a good review.
