Disk 1 shows you the basics with two work along sessions;Fundamentals and Clinic. In Fundamentals you will learn the basic foundation exercises, assistance routines and common mistakes brought to you in sections with Profession, Assistance Drills and Trouble Shooting. With Clinic you will learn what you first session may look like showing you helpful hints on analyzing and correcting mistakes for yourself or a client.

Disk 2, Layering the Bedrock, puts you through the paces with two brand new workouts; The Pinnacle and Elevation 2. Each workout is designed with you, the user, allowing you to choose beginner, intermediate, or expert level.

Disc 2 contains two workouts – Pinnacle (6 rounds) and the Elevation II (number of rounds – from 4 or higher on your preference). After determining the level of your preparedness, you will need to add to folder with rounds the fragments REST, which correspond to your level of preparedness.
