Description:
Reality star and former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona presents this fitness workout designed to shed those unwanted pounds and sculpt and tone your body. The past year I have changed my life around and following this exercise routine has helped me look and feel amazing. I have lost the weight by using this workout and by eating sensibly. This workout is based around interval training which changes throughout the programme from lower to upper body, core to cardio to keep it fresh. We focus on all the problem areas: bums, tums, legs and arms to get you in the best shape ever. It is really easy to follow the routines and the great, pumping pop music keeps you inspired the whole way through. Don’t forget to start with the warm up and finish with the cool down and stretches. No matter how busy you are, you can fit this into your life. There are longer workouts (about an hour) for those that want to go for it as well as shorter workouts (about 25 mins) so even if you are a busy working Mum, like I am, you can still look and feel fantastic. It’s fast, furious and fun. If you do this workout 3 – 5 times per week you WILL see a massive difference. Real Fitness for Real Women – just like you and me.

More information about Medical:
Medicine is the science and practice of establishing the diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Medicine encompasses a variety of health care practices evolved to maintain and restore health by the prevention and treatment of illness.
Contemporary medicine applies biomedical sciences, biomedical research, genetics, and medical technology to diagnose, treat, and prevent injury and disease,
typically through pharmaceuticals or surgery, but also through therapies as diverse as psychotherapy, external splints and traction, medical devices, biologics, and ionizing radiation, amongst others.
Medicine has been around for thousands of years, during most of which it was an art (an area of skill and knowledge) frequently having connections to the religious and philosophical beliefs of local culture.
For example, a medicine man would apply herbs and say prayers for healing, or an ancient philosopher and physician would apply bloodletting according to the theories of humorism.
In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most medicine has become a combination of art and science (both basic and applied, under the umbrella of medical science).
While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice.
The knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
