Description
In the 70s of the 20th century, Korea introduced a new type of martial art – kuksulvon, the name of which can be translated as “national (state) art”. Its creation was caused by a desire to support traditional Korean martial arts, as opposed to the official course to support the sport version of taekwon-do.
The creator of kuksulvon was the master Soe In Heck, who for thirty years wandered through the temples in search of forgotten methods of national martial arts.
Kuksulvon incorporates the best elements of three technology trends developing in Korea martial arts: Family and Clan schools (Musul sado), the martial arts monastery (Pouldu Musul) and “Palace of Arts” used for army training (Musul kundzhun). Based on the preserved elements of these three trends, So In Heck created its own system, including all the best of them.
At the same time, he sought to preserve the most characteristic features of the Korean tradition of hand-to-hand combat and psychological training.
In this video shows 15 basic throwing techniques (kibonsul) conventional ways, protection techniques against wrist gripping, clothing, sparring training without weapons and examples of self-heating street weapons, diving, tumbling and others.
In general, good familiarity video.
