Master Isidro Casas presents us with a complete work on Aikido training, with the traditional Japanese saber or “Tachi”, a practice in which, just like with bare hands, attack and defense merge into a single concept.

We studied the fundamental movements extracted from Iaido, the work of Tachi-Dori that teaches how to defend oneself against saber attacks, as well as how to disarm the opponent; Aiki-Ken, opposite work to the previous one (Tori attacks with Bokken and Uke tries to control the wooden saber), Kihon-Waza, (all those bare hand techniques performed with the saber), and finally, Randori’s work in Kumi- Tachi.
