In this second work entitled “En/ten & Sabaki” (Circular integration and evasive maneuvers), Nomura Shihan and his Uke A.Malet present us with a simple and systematic way of practicing that will allow us to integrate the three fundamental phases required to master any Martial art: learning the principles, focusing on technical aspects, and practice – development phase through training.

For a better understanding of these three phases of evolution, the DVD is divided into 5 parts: Sabaki no Hokko (direction of movement), Ki absorption, Nagare & En/Ten (fluidity and roundness), Suwari Waza (seated techniques), and Buki Waza (weapon techniques). An excellent training method, aimed at mastering the secrets of “formless Aikido”.
