About the Actor

William W. Jex, Ph.D., is the director of the American Language Institute at New York University. Dr. Jex has taught English as a Second Language to English Language Learners for more than 35 years in universities around the world – from the U.S. to Europe to the Middle East. He is the author of numerous articles on English language instruction, research, and testing, as well as works of fiction and poetry.
