Description: Basic techniques of Aikido Yoshinkan. founder of Aikido Yoshinkan demonstration Gozo Shioda and the main masters of the school. Sensei Gozo Shioda enrolled in the Kobukan – Dojo O-Sensei May 24, 1932 and remained there until 1941 as a live in student school.
In 1952, after the lifting of the ban on martial arts imposed by the MacArthur Government, he began teaching Aikido.
At the first post-war Aikido demonstration in 1954, attended by over 15,000 spectators, Shioda Sensei received the Grand Prix as the best participant.
In 1961, Sensei Shioda awarded 9th Dan, confirming his complete mastery of Aikido, and in 1984 the International Martial Arts Federation awarded him 10th Dan and the title Meydzhin or Grandmaster.
Later, he was recognized as the leaders of all martial arts and nagrazhdun title “Mu Dan” (Dans is) and is also recognized as cultural values of Japan.
