Addicted to Turbo! I am 30 days into TurboFire and have lost 7 pounds and 9 inches! I feel fantastic and actually look forward to looking at myself in the mirror simply because I am getting so excited about the results! It is intense but fun and Chalene is an awesome motivator. I saw another review where someone said it was too complicated and compared it to a high school dance line; it is overwhelming at first and it may take you a week or two to really get the moves down but you will if you just give it a chance and you will not regret it! Chalene said herself that the program was not designed for you to be able to conquer right away and that you improve through out! If you commit to this program you will succeed! I am so thankful for TurboFire, it has changed my life!How to learn Turbo Fire exercisesI bought Turbo Fire three weeks ago. I was used to Turbo Jam but I have to say, at first, it’s a bit hard to follow Chalene’s Turbo Fire, but my trick is to watch each DVD while I’m doing my elliptical. So, I can watch and focus on the moves, see how Charlene does something and see her classe mates. So, when you actually do the exercises, you know what’s going on and it’s easier. Also, another trick, is to do the same DVD at least three times (not the HIIT, too hard) for three days, so you get better. Obviously, the first two weeks, it’s not possible to fallow Charlene’s schedule, but the third week, you can give almost your 100%. I’m 45 years old, and Turbo Fire is the boost I needed.
