Verdict

The two DVD set represents Braulio’s complete ground game, with techniques he used to win his many world titles; at a close run of less than three hours, any BJJ player from student to instructor will find something of use on the DVD. Some techniques are advanced in nature, especially the spider guard sweeps, but will offer hours of fun trying to pull them off; my favorite parts of the dvd were the lapel choke series and the helicopter sweep of the hook guard and all the techniques were covered in great detail and the set is another worthy addition to the bible.
