My name is Chris Clugston and I’m a professional wrestler, bouncer and trainer. I have been a martial arts student my whole life. In fact, by the time I was 20, I had already earned five black belts in five different martial arts.

I’ve won more national and state wrestling championships than I can remember.

But more importantly, as a full-time bouncer at a rough-and-tumble “country” nightclub in Oklahoma, I get into at least three nasty fights every weekend. Therefore, it is crucial to my survival that I know how to fight and WIN whenever I am faced with a hostile situation!

Many years ago, I was so obsessed with finding the best martial art style for real-life fighting that I took the trouble to learn 7 languages and travel the world in search of the “Holy Grail” of fighting styles.

After my lifelong quest, I discovered the fighting system used by the revered gladiators of ancient Rome – “Comhrac Bás.” It is a “lost” art that has not been seen or used for thousands of years.

I was simply astonished when I realized what I had discovered.

Immediately, my training partners and I “put into practice” the movements and techniques we discovered.

We were amazed at how powerful and simple they were!

Learn to be able to see even the fastest action in any given fight in a kind of “internal slow motion” in your head, so that every move and counter move is crystal clear to you. (Do this while watching a fight or while in one.)
