Renowned teacher Florendo Visitacion demonstrates techniques and gives tips on Vee Arnis Jitsu. Vee Arnis Jitsu

Volume 2 Concepts Part 2

Vol. I. Professor Florendo Visitação and Shihan Instructor David James demonstrates a rapid fire attack with the hands and elbows, hand-to-hand combat, throws, chokes and thumb/finger locks. In addition to empty hands, Vee Arnis Jitsu
Vol. II introduces stick-and-knife fighting segments and street-fighting philosophies. We recommend this video to anyone interested in expanding on skills learned in Vee Arnis Jitsu Vol. I as well as any martial artist looking for highly effective street self defense skills.
Volume 3 Stick Concepts Part 1
In this tape, Shihan David James presents key points about learning sticks. These movement concepts that are taught can be applied to any weapon, such as the knife and, as Shihan James points out, a Sony Walkman.
Warm-up and striking exercises are then demonstrated, along with a variety of practical applications and the first dimension of 12, which is an exercise used to build “flow”.
Volume 4 Stick Concepts Part 2
In this tape, Professor Florendo Visitacion and Shihan David James resume what they left in the previous tape, demonstrating various “dimensions” of the stick, such as digging and notching, against the 5 basic angles of attack. Footwork, hand coordination, target acquisition, and high/low attacks are also examined. Shihan James also does a similar routine using the knife, pointing out the similarities between the knife and the stick.
Furthermore, Shihan James defends himself in various situations such as back-grabs, front chokes and hook punches.
It shows the entire Vee Arnis Jitsu system at work, including touching and attacking, changing the opponent’s focus, and submitting.
Finally, concepts dealing with typical street scenarios are discussed.
Volume 5 – fighting in a limited space (elevator, stairs at home, etc.),
Volume 6 – parts – fighting with a knife and against a knife.
