ZAPPER INSTRUCTIONS & WARNINGS:
Do not use this program in a moving auto or while doing anything requiring you to be fully alert. Listen to this program with your eyes open or closed, and you’ll quickly go into an altered-state of consciousness whether you realize it or not. Eyes open, some people feel little difference, while others begin to feel spacey. But no matter what you feel, your consciousness will have shifted to the point of being highly suggestible.
TO USE WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED:
Lie down, do a couple minutes of deep breathing, close your eyes and simply listen to the program. At the end of the 74-minute program, you’ll be awakened with positive suggestions. This Zapper title can also be used as sleep programming, if you program your player to skip the awakening track. If you decide to fully awaken before it ends, count yourself up from one to five and say the words, “Wide awake, wide awake,” several times.
TO USE WITH YOUR EYES OPEN:
Program your mind while you do other things. Play this Zapper title at home or in the office while you’re sitting down at a computer, reading, etc. The volume should be loud enough for you to hear the suggestions, but not so loud as to be distracting. There is an awakening at the end of the 74-minute program, but if you turn it off before the awakening, BE SURE TO FULLY AWAKEN YOURSELF. This will be best accomplished by counting yourself up as you would from a deep meditation. Tell yourself you’re going to fully awaken, then count up from one to five and say, “Wide awake, wide awake,” over and over. NOTE: If after using the Zapper program, you don’t feel fully awake, walk around for a few minutes and maybe even splash some water on your face to help you fully awaken.
