One of the core techniques in Dr. Joe’s teachings is a breathing exercise called Pulling the Mind Out of the Body. This powerful exercise is designed to move creative energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine and direct it toward the pineal gland in the brain. In ancient practices, this energy is referred to as kundalini.
