Dylan Werner – AloMoves – The Breath Sequence
Dylan He was raised in the mountains of Southern California where he was interested in movement, extreme sports and fitness from an early age. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps at 18 and served as an aircraft firefighter. He also wrestled for the All.-Marine wrestling team. After one tour in the Iraqi War, Dylan He was discharged with honor and returned to California to study anatomy and emergency medicine. Dylan Eight years of experience as a paramedic. Four years in an ambulance. Another four years as a full-time paramedic.-time firefighter/paramedic.
- Dylan He was first introduced to yoga as part of his martial art training in 2001. However, it wasn’t until 2009 that he made yoga a regular part of his daily routine and began to understand the true meaning of the yogi.
- Since 2011, Dylan He has been teaching Yoga for over a decade. While he loves movement, handstands arm balances, creative sequencing and arm balances, his focus is on the integration between the fundamental natures of knowledge, reality, existence and creating a space to deepen the inner connections.
- In 2015 Dylan He left California to travel, teach workshops, teacher trainings and festivals, and gave up his California home. He has taught in more than 60 countries and participated in more than 400 workshops. He is passionately committed to spreading his love of yoga and helping others along their journeys by sharing his experience.
