Joe Dispenza – The Alchemist

In medieval science, the alchemist was an expert in the transformation of matter—most famously, the conversion of base metals into gold. However, on a deeper, spiritual level, an alchemist is a practitioner capable of mystical transformation at the highest order.

Starting with a new breathing exercise, students will learn how to transition between nervous systems—from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic. As they slow their breath, they prepare their bodies to enter a creative state and ultimately step into the field of infinite potential.

The alchemist features the genius work of composer Remko Arentz, titled “Alchemica.” This creative collaboration with Dr. Joe is based on extensive research, and “Alchemica” serves as a musical framework designed to stimulate the brain, leading to greater coherence, synchronization, and resonance. The result is a mathematical creation—music designed to enhance order and energy in the brain.
