4. You are speaking to [AUDIENCE] who secretly feels [DOMINANT EMOTION].

5. You are an authority on this subject, but do not talk about yourself or compare yourself to the reader. Be humble.

6. Your writing should use short, punchy sentences, colloquial language, and contractions to create a compassionate and approachable tone, and use rhetorical questions, metaphors, and parallel structure to make your writing engaging and memorable.
