Description
What’s the best diet? Is there even one diet that is best for every body? If you’ve been trying to eat a healthier diet and have done any research at all into it you probably already know how confusing and contradicting all the information can be. One thing is for sure, the traditional food pyramid isn’t the key and the standard American diet (SAD) is not the answer. So what is?
A free online event that I’m really excited about has just begun. I listen to a lot of these things, and I usually learn a lot. This one is special though, it’s an absolutely brilliant idea, and it’s never been done before. It’s called “The Great Health Debate,” a 7 day, online event that features diet experts from all different schools of thought – vegan, raw vegan, vegetarian, meat eating, etc.- together to debate how you can make your diet better. It should make for some very interesting discussions.
Here’s a summary of the event
Night 1: Live Food vs Whole Foods
Night 2: Vegan vs Whole Foods
Night 3: Plant vs Animal Foods
Night 4: pH vs Body Ecology
Night 5: Meat vs No Meat
Night 6: Vegan vs Tribal Diet
Night 7: Primal vs Low Fat Vegan
If you want to listen for free, sign up here now. It started today and the recordings will only be available for free for 24 hours before they are replaced by the next debate in the series. You’ll also get the chance to buy recordings of the whole series if you want them for reference or if you end up missing some.
So, who’s talking?
First up are raw vegan Dr Gabriel Cousens and meat-eater Dr Joe Mercola.
Next up, find out what two popular authors T. Colin Campbell (a well known vegan author) and Sally Fallon (author of the book Nourishing Traditions, and an advocate for raw milk) have to say about the vegan diet?
Night five features long-time raw vegan David Wolfe and former long-time raw vegan Daniel Vitalis who has quit the raw vegan diet because of deficiencies. That should be interesting!
Other discussions feature Donna Gates (The Body Ecology Diet), Jonny Bowden (author of The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth) and other bestselling experts like Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Dr. Robert Young, Mark Sisson (athlete, and author of The Primal Blueprint) and more.
Health crusaders Mike Adams (the Health Ranger), Sean Croxton and host Kevin Gianni close out the event by explaining how to use all the great information you’ve learned.
Of course there’s a free bonus video for signing up, and I’m very interested in watching this. It’s an interview with Dr. JE Williams (sometimes called the “Indiana Jones” of natural medicine) who has spent 40 years with indigenous tribes around the world. In his work, he’s identified a few variables that determine how long a person lives – you may be surprised at what they are. In fact, even if I wasn’t interested in the debate series I’d sign up just to get these videos. Here’s some of what Dr Williams has discovered…
- How native people are able to eat completely different diets and still outlive health and nutrition food gurus.
- Three important factors that determine how long you’ll live (chances are you aren’t doing all of them!)
- Why native people lived into their 90s and 100s… disease free!
- And more!
To get the videos, and access to the 24-hour free debate sessions all you have to do is go to the page below, sign up for the event and you’ll be emailed these videos to view right away…
