This 3-disc, 3-hour program is designed as both an educational and instructional tool, to complement and enhance a student’s competent combative instruction. We accept that no one system has all the answers for dealing with the knife threat from an unarmed perspective. Some of the available information, while showing improvement from other times, still borders on methods that would be practically suicidal to try – even for some progressively viable concepts.

What this program aims to do is first educate then introduce and implement some of the most workable ideas in this author’s opinion. Such an opinion is based on 25 years of training, research and pressure testing built alongside the foundational experience gained from accumulating live edged weapon experiences that I have been involved in. This includes lessons learned from the things I did right and -, Just as important – the things I did wrong.

Take from this what you find useful, but most of all take into account the fact that incidents of knife violence are becoming a huge part of everyday life. If we weren’t a knife taking culture before in the UK, we are fast becoming so now. Get Educated!
