How to do the programs together
All three programs are huge stand-alone.-There are many ways to combine them.
Option 1:
Concentrate on mastering one program before moving onto another. You will have lifetime access and patience will pay off.
Option 2
Each week, switch between the programs. This means you will be doing Movement 20XX in week 1, Athlete 20XX in week 2, and Warrior 20XX in week 3.
You can also pick two programs and switch between them each week. This is a tempting option, but we recommend starting with one program and sticking with it for a while before changing.
Option 3:
The second program can be done on the days off from program 1. On the rest days of Athlete 20,XX, you can do high-intensity workouts of Warrior or Movement 20XX flow workouts.
In this situation, make sure to rest enough and not overtrain. Listening to your body is the best way to do this.
