Based off of your client questionnaire, I determine how many meals you eat per day, what foods to eat with each meal (provided from the foods you choose), what foods to consume pre and post workout, and I also incorporate your cheat meal option. This consists of a more structured meal plan to assist you in reaching your goals faster. Personalized macros will also be include with a food swapping chart provided.
How To Start The Program:
You will receive an in depth questionnaire that needs to be filled out. This will allow me to assess everything I need to determine your individual macros used to build your custom meal plan. Macros are based on your body type, diet history, current exercise regime, lifestyle, occupation and goals.
