Plus, you’ll add in the remaining two Dimensions of Medical Qigong: mind focus and massage. Mind focus — mindfulness — is the ultimate secret of Qigong. And self-applied massage is the amazingly simple secret for directing healing energy to the parts of ourselves that need healing the most.

In this module, you’ll discover:

• That Qigong is mindfulness
• The powerful influence your mind has on the potential benefit of Qigong
